No, I'm not MIA! Trying to get focused.

I'm back on my trainer's plan of eating more protein, healthier food, and trying his best tricks to stop myself from binging. I have discovered one way to stop and it is called "shut off the TV and get out of the house". I want desperately to get back on track with my eating and to prove to my trainer and myself that I CAN DO IT AGAIN!!

It is back to basics. I see my trainer again on Wednesday. Wish me luck!

Bingeing is a consequence of disordered eating, and begins in the brain. Learn to feed your body well, and it may forgive you. Excess exercise, combined with rigid eating, is still a symptom of disordered thinking. Feed the brain, fix the body.

THANK YOU! Once I get into the ritual of eating correctly I will succeed. I have to be strong when a craving hits and not let it ride!

You can do it. I look forward to seeing how you are doing. I am working on finding a balance also.
