What can I say about Jack?

Because he lived his life practicing what he preached about good nutrition (which, on looking back, was basically a healthy low carb diet)combined with exercise, he has reached well into his 90's. I was saddened to see him flogging juicers, but maybe at his great age, he has no teeth! Plus many predatory animals that are carnivorous in their reproductive years, become near vegetarian in their later years. He is still a worthy role model! SMP

I have admired Jack for many years. I used to watch his show and exercised along with him. I remember his beautiful dog. Thanks for showcasing him.
