Back on Weight Watchers
I've lost over 5lbs. and getting back into the groove after having my baby 3 months ago. My eating plan is basic. Whole grains, vegetables and protein. I'm avoiding the fruit at this time. Not in the mood for it I guess. Happy to report that my energy levels are slowly improving. Most likely since the baby sleep longer through out the night now.
