Tomorrow is Today.

The pressure of going to the Doctor is done. I don't have to see her for another 6 months.

Today is the start of getting ready for my vacation in June. Yes, I've done well on Stillmans and Atkins. Yet, I don't think I feel all that well without more variety in my food regardless of how much protein I eat. It comes down to planning. There are things I can be lazy about but when it comes to my body, I can't be.

I'm trying this again. New workouts. New Music. Spring is here and I'm getting my bike ready.

Here we are with 2 months to go.

Hi - just wanted to say thanks for stopping into my journal! It took me awhile to figure out where to comment to you on your blog - I'm a little slow in the blogosphere, I'm afraid!

I'm with you on the 2 month window. I'm giving myself an 8 week window to see how much I can accomplish with both diet and exercise. Since our weather can be dicey still I'm focusing on dvd's for home. Last year I worked out at a gym and dropped it all when the kids came home for summer. Never picked it up and gained back much of what I'd lost. Still trying to recover!
