My Menu for June 9, 2009

Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 4oz. cottage cheese
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: Small salad with 3 eggs whites, 2oz. ground turkey, salsa, and spicy mustard
Snack: Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt
Dinner: 4 oz. Steak, Salad, 2 eggs, salsa, mustard

I have to get this weight off! GRRRR!
