Snacks one and two: 1 hard boiled egg each
Dinner: 3 eggs scrambled with pat of butter, 1T of mayo, mustard, hot sauce, and spices - tuna with 1T of mayo, 2T of plain yogurt, mustard, hot sauce, and spices
Nothing new to report. Just doing my thing for the moment.
