Breakfast and Lunch: 3 eggs scrambled with butter, 1T of mayo, mustard, hot sauce and cayenne pepper
Snacks One and Two: 1 Hard boiled egg each
Dinner: Same as B&L but with Tuna - 1T of mayo, 2T of plain yogurt, mustard, hot sauce and more cayenne pepper.
I love the heat of the cayenne! Yum!
