I decided to rearrange my menu using tips from Bodybuilding.com and lowcarbfriends.com.
I'll be trying this for three days. I need to control the binge issues again.
B: 3 eggs scrambled with 1/4t of mayo, mustard, Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy and Cayenne Pepper
Snack: 1HB egg
Lunch: 1/2 cup of Friendship 1% cottage cheese with 1.5oz. of chicken, Spices, and 1 small McIntosh Apple
Snack: 1HB egg
Dinner: Turkey soup with 2 scrambled eggs mixed in and of course, hot spices.
Lots of water! Green tea!

The turkey soup sounds delish -- how do ya make it ? and how about some of those low carb candies to suck on when you want to binge ? or a sugar free popsicle ?
take care :)

Nice looking menu, Lora.
Is there any rhyme or reason as to when you feel like binging? Is it stress-related or is there another trigger?
I don't eat sugar and I crave salty items. I am starting to take a potassium supplement once again.
Also, stress has a lot to do with my binge issues. I am trying to deal with one thing at a time, Harry.
Take Care!
Lora what about the lack of fat in your diet? Is there a reason you are keeping it this low? My opinion is that if you up your fat level, it will help control that feeling of bingeing. At least it's working that way for me at this point. :hugs:
I'm not really feeling good this evening and had change of dinner plans. I ate 2 hb eggs, 6oz. of tuna with mayo, 2 turkey cubes, and hot peppers. I was really low on energy after my workouts. The extra fat helped, Pooti. :)
