Today's Eats - May 26, 2011

Good Afternoon!

B: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of ham, 2 ounces of cottage cheese
S: 1/2 apple, 5oz. of plain yogurt with cinnamon
L: 3 small roast chicken thighs, lettuce, drizzle of vinaigrette
S: Not really that hungry but need to eat. Banana and 6 almonds
Post Workout Snack: Whey Protein Shake
D: Same as breakfast
