December 17, 2008 - Wednesday

I have to keep this short since I'm getting ready for work. I was thinking about what my co-worker said yesterday about me not consuming fruit. She disagrees with the entire low-carb lifestyle, yet, she ignorant to it. She constantly eats all day long on grapefruit, apples, bananas, nuts, and seeds. I gotta go. I will post later on.

B: 2 eggs scrambled, 1 veggie patty, 1 teaspoon of mayo, mustard, spices
285 calories

L: Same as B

Dinner: 1 HB egg, 4oz. of tuna with mayo, a few red kidney beans, 2 turkey cubes (350 calories)

920 calories total

Ciao!

Lora, I have noticed something. You eat a lo of tuna. Tuna is a large fish and is known to be the most poluted one. it does contain lots of heavy metal, including the mercure, very high mercury score. Do you love tuna that much? There are much beeter choices out there and much safer even if you consume them every day, like sea trout for example. For some reasons I have a vibe that you are a very sweet person and I like your short, gotta go posts. Wish i could the same. Hang in there girl!

I don't worry about the tuna, Vadim. They use chunk-lite tuna where I go after the gym. The mercury levels are much lower. Also,my budget does not allow me for better cuts of fish at the moment.

I, may try Pink Salmon without the bones.

lol, ok I buy alaskan canned salmon. I dont know if you are aware but Alaska is the only state in the country where farmed salmon is forbidden. So if it sais alaskan salmon is automatically wild caught. And you can buy them on sale for less then 2 dollars for a big can!
